How soon after I sign up can I begin to earn points?
You begin to earn points on every qualified purchases as soon as you join the Modus Man loyalty program.

What is considered a qualified purchase?
All merchandise purchases excluding sales tax, shipping and gift cards are considered qualified purchases.

I’m trying to redeem my Modus man Swag Points but I keep getting a message that I have an insufficient balance. Why can’t I redeem my Swag Points?
The Modus Man loyalty program requires fashionistas to have a minimum balance of 5000 Swag points to redeem for Free shirts & Discounts.

How long after I make a transaction will my points balance be updated? 
Your points balance will be updated & available to use 30 days after a purchase. If you believe there are errors with your points balance, please call 917-422-0410 or email or email us at Sales@Modusman.com 

How do I redeem my Swag Points?
Rewards are issued as discount codes that can be applied on the payment page during checkout (only one discount code per order). You will receive a coupon code for the value of your points.  Your coupons will appear on your loyalty account. You will also receive an email with your coupons codes. 

Can I partially redeem my points?
Yes, the value of your coupon can be partially redeemed, or transferred to a friend.  Example: You have a coupon worth 70$ and you wish to use 20$ for yourself, and give the remaining 50$ to a friend (you are a good friend, your friends are lucky to have you). How much does it cost to participate in the Modus Man loyalty program?
It is completely Free but it will cost you about 3 minutes. Just create an account with Modus, takes about 3 minutes.

What benefits can we expect from the Modus Man loyalty program?
You earn Swag Points that are redeemable for discounts or free items.

I returned an item, will I get to keep the Swag Points?
The applicable points will be deducted from your Modus Man loyalty program equal to the amount of points earned for that item purchased.

My points balance is not correct. What should I do?

How do I check my balance and redeem rewards?
Log in to your store account and go to the Use Points Page which can be accessed through the Rewards Widget located at the bottom of the store.
