Q: How do I Return or Exchange an item that I ordered?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide a free Exchange or Refund your money:

  • Shipping is FREE on all full price items Some
  • Some Discounted items do not qualify for Free shipping. It will be written on the item description
  • You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Return Shipping is FREE for Domestic purchases on full price items. You will be provided with a pre-paid USPS label to return the purchase to us.
  • Credits will be issued on your credit card/Paypal or merchandise credit if requested within 30 days of receipt of return
  • Discounted items do not qualify for Free return postage.

Q: What are your Shipping & Handling costs?
A: Standard Shipping is Free for all orders being delivered within the United States of America. An exception may arise in case of Special Store Promotions.

For all International orders, Modus charges a Flat Rate of $29.

Note: International Orders may be subject to Duties & Taxes based upon the laws of the country to which the order is shipping.


Q: What should I do if I receive a defective product?
A: In the case of a defective product, you must notify Modus within 14 days of receiving the product. Beyond this specified time period, Modus Man will only issue a Return/Exchange at its discretion.

A: Last minute changes are welcomed for unshipped orders. These changes will require assistance from Customer Service by calling 1-877-208-3826 or 917-522-0410. To determine whether or not your order has been shipped, please check the "Order Status" at www.ModusMan.com

 A: Modus Man currently ships to all continents.
If located outside the USA, please note that you are responsible for any import duties and clearance fees (where applicable) in your own country and to check the duties and clearance fees with your local authorities.


Q: What methods of shipping are available?
 A: Modus Man utilizes USPS as its shipping carrier via "Priority Mail". For the USA, all ord ers will be delivered within 2 to 7 Business Days from the time one places the order. For International orders, Time of Delivery may vary due to different factors such as customs speed etc.


Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: For orders being delivered within the USA, Modus Man processes and ships your order within 1 to 3 business days. 
For International orders, Modus Man processes and ships your order within 5 to 7 business days.
For weekends & for orders placed after Friday 2 p.m. EST, the order will be considered performed as the next business day.


Q: Do I have to pay Sales Taxes?
A: Only customers residing in New York must pay a sales tax


Q: Do I have to pay import duties?
A: For orders placed outside the US, please note that you are responsible for any import duties and clearance fees (where applicable) imposed by your own country and to check the duties and clearance fees with your local authorities.
